Sometimes I feel like a part (Terry) of is dying. I even went through a short mourning period. Guess it's the Terry aspect integrating.
And I can't seem to get enough water!
Anyone else with a similar experience?

I wonder what is this math stuff 'doing' - what happens if I make a mistake?
Anyway,
death - yes. Something like parts that do not serve my highest benefit are urging to go. If they are hidden, I seem to create an EXACT contact that helps the release. BUT! I have to be very careful not to fall for the old drama wrapped in a completely new and 'fancy' /tempting/ wrapping because “the funeral could be tha last performance that drains energy as it plays itself out”. Thank you for the math answer. One thing off the list of my 'real' world mysteries.
Music is helping me focus and stay in the center /especially Robert Haig Coxon's 'The Silent Path' series and Debbie Danbrook's 'Miracles'/. Loreena McKennitt's 'An Ancient Muse' works for me as an amazing connetion with what needs to be understood, loved and seen in the 'big picture' set up.

Hi, I AM Judy JOY,
Thanks for this awesome opportunity to connect with you all as we share the changes in our liives since the Kuthumi weekend.
I've never done this kind of on-line forum, discussion, message board thing, so bear with me as I get the hang of it.
Regarding feelings of death - oh, yes, I have experienced and “felt” my own passing of the old Judy aspects. My “wake” was like an Irish celebration :) It feels so good and freeing to be outside that limited existence. Especailly now that my Pure Essence Self (I call her GRACE) is fully present in my daily life.
Everything has become CLEARER and Elegantly Simple. And on the occasions that I feel chaos and confusion - GRACE experiences with me. Let me tell you, she's shared with me many times - “this being human bites!” When it passes, and it always does, we have a good laugh together.
So yes, I have experienced the “death” of my old way of being and it has made way for my NEW HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS BEING to come in. What a CELEBRATION it is!!!!!!

Yes, I feel this death also and now the resurrection. It is a rejuvination of ME that I feel in all consiousness. I do wonder how I survived without ME for so long. Yes water is serving me well as I flush and revitalize with it.
I have been writing so much about this process and now here I have no thing else to share. It was great to here from others and I just wanted to join in. More later.

Hi Everyone,
This is also my first time doing a forum. Thanks Terry.
I just need to reply that I have been in a very confused place the past few days. I am just trying to allow space for the change that I feel coming. Storms coming and going in my physical world, also feel in my deep self world part wants to be expeled, but I won't take the plunge yet.
I some times wonder how many deaths will I need to go through before I can feel the Grace truly within me.
I am not ready to release my home life yet. I ask myself why not many times a day. There is still so much fear about letting go of this old home stead.
I will try to keep breathing and bringing in my Essence. More feeling needs to be done.

I feel it is very important at this time to be gentle with yourself. No need to push. Just breathe and let the breath gently shift the energies that are ready to shift. The breath can help to see what is really behind any fears that come forward.
In integration what feels like death, is really resurrection as was suggested in another post. They may feel like death, but notice that they are aspects that are wondering if it's safe to come home. Through the breath, relax and begin to feel the gift that each aspect has for you. Ask the fear what it wants you to know.
That hardest “death” was for this aspect, “Terry.” He felt like he was dying. But Terry didn't go anywhere. He is right here with All of Me. My Essence, whom I affectionately call, “The Chief,” welcomed him home with open arms and with so much compassion.
And so it is Truth that your Essence loves you so deeply that She will never force or expect you to move any faster than you feel safe in doing. She just loves you. And with your breath, you invite Her to come just a little closer. That is how you can get to know your Soul Self, one breath at a time, easily and gently.

Thank you so much for the inspiring words. They are very moving. I feel some deep old aspects crying for resolution, but some deep emotion keeps me from taking my next step forward. I am so sick of this same old topic haunting me. I know I must s___ or get off the pot. But I look at the other human in my house and can't find a reason to say good bye even though I know I should say good bye.
I will try to be easy with myself once again, and breath in my Essence. I will also stop to feel the love for myself that is waiting a blink away.
I will celebrate the death of this one gladly.

Oh, dear one. There are no shoulds. You need not force anything. You are putting so much pressure on yourself. There is only the love that your Soul Self has for you. All of you, all of your aspects. There is only love and compassion. Your Soul Self has never and will never judge you. She never tells you what you should do. She is always there for you and with you even in the darkest times.

If you have ever seen the movie “Party” with Peter Sellers … at the beginning of it he is a general actor in a movie that is being filmed and he is supposed to SIMPLY die … he wants to ACT it, so practically: they cannot kill him … there is always something moving /a hand, eyes closing and opening, him trying to get up and fight again, ETC…./. That is exactly what I have been doing - re-wrapping things into the more and more “spiritual” wrapping just to keep on going on the COMPLETED way … It was very confusing and hard at the beginning, then I was VERY amazed and amused at how good I am at 'fooling' myself into 'keeping on' and eventually I got to the ENOUGH! and insisted on it as I finally KNEW that I AM in charge! Am I done …? My 'enough!' was sincerely and deeply meant but I am on a gentle watch as I keep on keeping on and breathing.
I have seen hawks lately and dragonflies …

It is SO quiet here … everybody really and well dead yet? Anybody resurrected and rebirthed? I know - a breath at a time … and all the dieing and rebirthing customised for every one of us in a perfect and specific beauty of our own unique process … so I keep breathing. I learnt not to push and not to try hard. Whatever does not come with ease and Grace is not meant to be … yet … and I remember that the reward for patience is more patience. Today I also remember to be humble and confident at the same time … as there is nothing to compare myself to within the Oneness of it All … where everything always is as it 'should' be …

It still feels like death - well, balanced with rebirth: as it is up to us where and how we focus … we get more of that. Even death and rebirth must be balanced “not to spill the baby with the water” i.e. to rediscover our blue-print and add to it the new energy. This is the recipe for the firm base which the new creation may dance on. As I s l o w l y relaxed into the process and keep checking on where my focus is, as I remind myself that 'it is ALL about me' and take any mirror as a guidance, I can see my life more peaceful. With all the crowds of helping hands of Spirit, it still feels lonely but then the reall company and understanding is within and that is what is being birthed in its own time, at its own pace, waiting for that firm base to dance on … spill to the physical and mirror itsef back.
