Welcome

As winds of change brush across the planet, they are often accompanied by fear and doubt about the future. However, there is a gentle wind of spirit offering a brighter, peaceful now. This breath of life is a gift for each of us. All we have to do is choose life, choose to breathe.

Many ancient languages have a word that means the same for breath, wind, and spirit. For example, in Hebrew the word is ruakh. The Mayan word is ik. The Greek word is pneuma. The Latin word is spiritus. In ancient Hawaiin, ha, the breath of God. In English, Holy Spirit (rûwach qôdesh), sacred movement of air breath or wind. Breath or wind have often been used to represent spirit. Ancient shaman and priests knew of the importance of the breath to expand consciousness. Conscious, deep breathing will change your life. Change your breath, change your life, change the world. It is through the deep breath that you can slowly and gently become acquainted with your Soul Self.

In the past we called expanded consciousness “enlightenment.” Now there is a new awareness called by some “new consciousness.” I prefer the word “enlivenment.” Whatever you call it, it is critical for bringing change to daily reality. Crusades, movements, and causes do not change the world. They are mere reflections of a people’s consciousness. If you want to change the world, change yourself. If you want to change yourself, choose to breathe.

Enlivenment is only a breath away. It does not matter if it is the first breath or the millionth breath. There is a breath that will connect you to All That You Are if only for an instant at first. The instant in which you experience the deep love and compassion that your Soul Self has for you will change your life. You can never go back to the emptiness of non-life. Your Soul Self is truly a love that defies description or understanding.

Through this website I share my search for the Holy Grail which I discovered was the search for my Soul Self. It is the story of my journey into All That I Am, one breath at a time.

In la’kech. I Am another You.
